B-Tech partners get configurator convenience

B-Tech AV Mounts are providing our business partners with the convenience of the latest online System X configuration tool, which allows integrators and consultants to effectively specify their own bespoke systems in just a few clicks.

Designed by B-Tech’s business development manager Mark Walker, the configurator has proved such a success since its inception in July 2015, that B-Tech have now made it possible for their distribution partners to host the tool on their own websites, allowing them to receive configuration and quote requests from customers directly to their own inbox.

Mark Walker explains: “Our aim was to create an easy to use interface that would completely eliminate the need for users to do any calculations or work out a list of components. This B-Tech tool configures any mounting requirement, for any screen size and configuration. In just a few clicks, the user can find out the spec of their required solution and generate a part code for that configuration, automatically selecting everything needed for a straightforward and secure assembly.”

What’s more, once the part code has been generated, the user can fill in their contact details and request a quote for that solution, something which B-Tech’s distributors will now be able to receive directly to their own sales inbox.

Mark added: “We wanted to speed up and simplify the quoting process for our partners, giving them the ability to quickly provide quotations to their customers, whether it be a simple two screen menu board or a complex multi-screen video wall.

“Our British engineers are dedicated to designing solutions that are easy to work with, safe and wholly reliable, so it’s fitting that we have an online configurator platform that follows the same B-Tech ethos.”

The ability for B-Tech customers to host the configurator follows another recent update to the tool which has seen the addition of the recently launched System X bolt-down options. Adding to the comprehensive freestanding and mobile mounting solutions, the bolt-down option allows for safe display presentation near windows and where floor space is tight.
