B-Tech reinforce Asia presence with bumper InfoComm SEA in Bangkok Further establishing B-Tech as the leading provider of AV mounting solutions in the region, we enjoyed a fantastic few days showcasing a selection of our latest products at the inaugural InfoComm South East Asia exhibition. Poised to take the lead as the largest pro-AV market in the world, yearly growth of 5.3% will see Asia capture 36% of the market by 2023, with the Southeast Asia region currently representing the sixth largest global economy. Here at B-Tech we are pleased to boast a strong foundation throughout SEA, with countless displays and videowalls installed using B-Tech mounting solutions.
The buoyancy in the region is clear and we witnessed a thriving event in Thailand, with fantastic attendance to the show that far exceeded our high expectations. As well as seeing many familiar faces, we were also delighted to welcome so many new contacts to our booth from around the region and beyond. With approximately half visiting from Thailand itself, whilst a balanced split from surrounding countries accounted for the remaining 50%, giving us high quality leads and visitors from all areas of the region, as well as a few from as far afield as the US and Australia. The three-day event attracted nearly 8,000 attendees, with over 150 exhibitors joining B-Tech on the show floor. Richard Tan, Executive Director of event organiser InfoCommAsia, said: “The fantastic response to the show confirms our sense that there is a huge potential for the future growth of the pro AV industry within South East Asia.” | | BT8310 - Pop-Out Videowall Mount | BT8370 - Universal Videowall Stand | Following the show’s initial success, AVIXA has already announced that it will be continuing with BITEC as the location for InfoComm Southeast Asia 2020 - expanding the show to occupy two halls. We will certainly be returning as we continue to further reinforce our presence as the region’s number one choice for professional AV mounting solutions. Nick Spencer, Director of Marketing and Communications for B-Tech said: “We could not be happier with our attendance at the first-ever InfoComm SEA. The number, and quality, of visitors to the show was outstanding and we’d like to thank all who took the time to discover how our solutions benefit AV integrators. It’s always a pleasure to meet our established customers in the region. On top of this, we ended the show with excellent new leads and we can’t wait to return in 2020 for more of the same!” |
